License Agreement

DEScribe

By installing DEScribe, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install DEScribe.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the DEScribe software subject to your compliance with all terms and conditions of this license.

2. You may install and use copies of this software product on as many computers as you want.

3. You may not use this software to interface with products not manufactured by Dimension Engineering Inc.

4. You may not alter or create derivative works of the DEScribe software without the express permission of Dimension Engineering Inc.

5. You may not disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the DEScribe software or accompanying software, except and only to the extent expressly permitted by law.

6. You expressly agree that this software is provided on an "as is" basis, and that to the maximum extent permitted by law, Dimension Engineering Inc. is not liable for any damages caused by its use.

7. You agree that this EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
