May 14 2007: USPS has raised the postal rates for the second time this year. Unfortunately, we can't continue to offer $1 shipping and are raising rates accordingly.

When will my order be shipped?
The vast majority of orders ship within 48 hours. The exception to this is if you place an order on Friday night - we won't be able to ship until Monday or Tuesday. 

What shipping method do you use and how soon will I get my order?
USA orders: For orders where shipping costs totaled under $5, we will ship via United States Postal Service First Class Air Mail service, in a padded envelope. These shipments typically reach American customers within 5 business days. For orders where shipping costs have reached $5 or more, or if the value of the order is extremely high, we automatically upgrade the shipping service to USPS Priority Mail, which takes 3 days to reach the destination.
International orders: We will ship via United States Postal Service First Class Air Mail service, in a padded envelope. These shipments typically reach international customers within 10 business days, assuming there are no holdups with foreign customs.

How much does it cost to ship my order to the United Kingdom, Australia and other international destinations?
Our shipping prices are the same whether you live in the USA or overseas.  USPS mail service is cheap and reliable enough that the shipping costs to us are almost the same regardless of what country you live in.

I did not receive a confirmation that my order was shipped. Is everything okay?
The confirmation receipt our checkout system provides you is a sign that everything went okay. Unless we email you to tell you there is a problem, chances are your order has already been shipped, or is being shipped tomorrow. If you have waited more than two weeks and still not received your order, please contact us.

Can you ship to xxxxx?
The list of countries we provide service to is only limited by PayPal's list of approved countries. They are: USA, Anguilla, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Latvia, Latveria, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Venezuela.
If you live in Nigeria and have several million dollars you wish to deposit in our bank account in exchange for ParkBECs, then you are out of luck.

I am in a hurry. Can you rush me my order using xxxxx's services?
We can ship via USPS or UPS - whichever you would like to use. USPS Priority Mail Service is recommended if you need your order delivered in the USA within 3 days. USPS Express Mail Service is recommended if you need something delivered overnight in the USA. For international customers in a hurry, USPS Global Express Mail service is recommended. International courier services like UPS are extremely expensive, but we can use them if you specifically want us to. Additional shipping fees will apply. I am REALLY in a hurry. Can you ship my order yesterday?
Our shipment of flux capacitors was delayed, so we are not able to ship orders before they are actually placed.
